Dear [Donor's Name],

We wanted to give you a quick heads-up: starting [insert date], our church is updating the number we use for Text2Give. That means we’ll no longer be using 84321 to receive donations.

But don’t worry—Text2Give is still here! We’re just switching to a new, dedicated number: (xxx) xxx-xxxx.

Here’s what this means for you

Going forward, you can give by texting: GIVE [amount] (for example, GIVE 50) to (xxx) xxx-xxxx. You’ll get a quick reply with a secure link to confirm your gift—just like before!

It’ll look something like this.
